    homemade cell tech just as good as muscletech???

    i was just wonderin for all you guys out there that have made your own homemade cell tech, it its just as good as muscletech or the other types of creatine?

    is it necessary to have those xtra ingredients like chromium and ALA?

    i was reading the link from an old forum and it says not to mix in the creatine...but i thought u could just use put them all together (all the dry ingredients) at once...or is that creatinine (which does you no good)? if you dont mind would you mind explainin how you make urs?
