No2 and CCE on off days

Even though the bottles say take NO2 and Creatine Ethyl Ester on non-training days, can I skip it? Also, should I take it on cardio days? Thanks for the advice! J

In my experience No2 is completely useless in terms of perpetual pumps and vascularity. They are perhaps evident in the gym up to like.. 10 minutes after your done working out, but then they're gone. As for aiding in the repair of muscle and increase in fast muscle twitch, I don't know. That's rather hard to gauge.

But if I don't take it on off days, does it decrease the effectiveness for training days?

Take it on off days. I dont know why you wouldnt...Usually you take two servings a day, if you want you can reduce that to a single serving on ur off day upon waking.

I'm considering just wieght training days as I feel the pump better. Also, cost savings of not runnning it on off days or cardio days.

    Anyone else have a comment?
