    Nirto-Tech/Optimum

I am taking Nitro-Tech right now, but just after my workouts. I still have a good bit left but I was wondering if I should take Nitro-Tech before and after workouts, and later on in the day. Or should I just take it after workouts and take Optimum for the other two times. Just wondering if mixing them like that would ok, or if its best to just stick with Nitro-Tech or Optimum alone.

I also wouldn't pay for Nitro-Tech... yes it mightly be slightly better... but nothing beats a real food meal.... I use optimum nutrition 100% whey for all my non-solid protein sources (i.e. pre-workout meal.. between dinner and bedtime meal..)

I sell both, and can tell you, that Nitro tech is Isolate which means it gets absorted faster, Opmin. is better value big time.
