    Questions About My Hawthorn Bettery Extract And Milk Thistle! For M1t, Nsa Said...

    Ok NSA suggested...

    1000mg of milk thistle
    1500mg of hawthrone berry extract

    These numbers seem to be a bit out of wack, someone help me understand this.... i picked up a bottle of each ok?

    - the milk thistle contains 100 caps at 6000mg per cap (wtf why is it so high? it says milk thistle seeds 6000mg and [Silybum maranum, 200mg of 1:30 extract]) whats that exactly mean....

    - the hawthorn berry extract contains 60 caps at 50 mg of the extract per cap, UH TO GET 1500mg of hawthorne berry extract i'd have to take half a bottle man! 30 caps at a time every day? wtf ...

    All these numbers seem out of wack can anyone help me understand what the heck is going on here...

    whos dosages? the one NSA suggested? if so what doyou suggest according to the bottles i have, i told you the contents above.

    the milk thistle is good... u will have to take 5 caps a day. as for the hawthorne berry, u can get higher concentrates of the extract... i had 250mg per cap of the extract... so i was taking 6 caps a day to get my 1500mg of hawthorn.

    **** me, i think i'll just take a reduced about of hawthorne for a bit since this was a bitch for me to get... and up my thistle dosage.
    and find a better hawthrone...

    5 caps of milk thistle are more than enough, u dont need to up ur thistle dose... but the headaches from SD are quite bad... even with my dose of 1500mg of hawthorn i still get mild ones... so keep that in mind bro.

    Blood pressure can still be an issue with M1T...and therefore headaches and such. Hence why you're taking Hawthorne.

    hey, me taking hawthrone is fine... as i said however i'm not questioning about the reasons to take it i'm questioning the dosage thats all....
