What's your diet like? Protein shakes won't do crap if you're not taking in enough cal. per day. Plus real food is better. I like the n-large by prolab better though. That's what I take while I workout and post workout. They other 6 or 7 meals I eat real protein (meat, fish, tuna, chicken).

Thanks for the response. I have not eaten decently for over a year(my last AAS cycle) I was involved in my 2nd car accident back then(1st driver on wrong side of road as I crested a hill 2nd Physcian fell asleep at the wheel and rear ended me:had been out of rehab for the 1st one for 1 month) Lost a lot of basic function let alone gains. Now that I have my head right and the desire is back with a venegence I'm ending the pity party. I previously had a high calorie diet that did not fall below 1.5 k/g p/lbs of body weight and had no complaints with gains. Since I had not been active in awhile I just thought I'd pick some people's minds instead of assuming nothing had changed. I will be starting about two weeks from now and wanted to get my ducks in a row. Thanks for the response.

Did I answer the question fully? Lot's of beef, tuna, chicken, rice, potatoes, vegetables, grains. This time I'm thinking of of 30% fat's (essential fatty acids and essential oils) 30% (protein) 30% (produce) 10% MISC (needs to be fine tuned-maybe 40% protein) 2 gallons of well or spring water(dissolved minerals)
