    i just got beta sitocerol and pantothenic acid

    I got 2 bottles of beta and 2 bottles of panto acid. How much should i take with my cycle? my cycls is 400mg/testwk1-10,
    30mg/ed wk1-4 winny 50mgwk7-12. help me out here broz
