I have read all these are good for liver protection. What's your preference? Should you do more than one at once? How long should you use these ... continuously?

Silymarin Liver protection
Red Yeast Rice Liver protection, lowers LDL
MT contains Silymarin... check the label.
Blown, do you recommend taking milk thistle each time you take your orals? I have been taking a MT cap in the morning with 2 tbols then another one with 2 more tbols preworkout. I just got a slight bloody nose today. I know it's from the orals. I've been on 2 weeks now. I'm getting great, solid gains from tbol but I can tell the difference between orals and injectables. I like injecatbles a lot better due to much less liver stress. This is actually the longest period of time I've been on orals. I tried dbol about 10 years ago for less than a week. I got headaches and I felt like crap so I stopped. This is the first side effect I've seen so far.Quote:

From what I remember Silymarin is the scientific name for milk thistle.
