Milk Thistle or Silymarin ???
I have read all these are good for liver protection. What's your preference? Should you do more than one at once? How long should you use these ... continuously?
Milk Thistle Liver protection
Alpha-lipoic acid Liver protection
Glutathione Liver protection
Silymarin Liver protection
Red Yeast Rice Liver protection, lowers LDL

MT contains Silymarin... check the label.

Liver protections is always wise. Liv 52 is also a great product.

From what I remember Silymarin is the scientific name for milk thistle.

for BP issues, increase water pottassium and magnesium intake, mediate sodium intake.
