strengthening ligaments as opposed to lubricating joints

Any supps that help strengthen ligaments? I only seem to find supps that "lubricate joints" which is not my biggest problem really. Thanks.

You can do higher reps lighter wieght exercises. Ligaments/tendons have less of a blood supply than muscles so it takes a while to build them.

MSM.. works miracles if you ask me... start off at 3000mg a day for a week then drop it down to 2000mg a day..you should start to notice results in about 3-4 days....
