    Meal replacements/weightgainer

i was told that while on gear i should be taking in about 4-5k calories. as of now i'm taking in about 3500 (5'10'', 170lbs, goal 185lbs, 5th wk of 12 wk cycle, 650 mg wk). what would be a good meal replacement/weightgainer for me to take so that i can hit my calorie mark of 4-5k a day?

There's def no magic calorie requirements for being "on". At 3,500 per day I'd say you are at least 500 cals over maintenance. Which should be plenty, there's only so many cals you can utilize juicing or not. i suggest you keep it at the 3,500 mark and see if you are gaining (and what? Muscle? Fat?) and then adjust from there.

Correct. I just try to shoot for 2g protein/lb of bodyweight. Really seems to make a difference to me.

might also try the high carb approach also.....3grams per pound of bodyweight/ when doing this you can lower protein consumption slightly
