Hey guys I have a question...I read that taking in about 30g protein and 60g protein realeases the same insulin response as 90g carbs...I was wondering if I through in some CREATINE ETHYL ESTER would the creatine still absorb...I want to do this pre and post workout

30g protein
60g malto/dex
3g CEE
16OUNCES WATER

Does this sound good pre/post workout???
It will not hinder the creatine absorption right???
