    Please critique my supplement shedule

    Here is my daily supplement schedule:

    8.00
    50gr whey + 5gr glutamine (mixed)
    1cap flaxseed oil
    1cap cod oil
    1multivatim


    4.30
    5gr creatine + power capsule from ultimate nutrition

    7.30 (PWO)
    50gr whey + 100gr carbo gain (mixed)
    5gr creatine

    30mins before bed
    25gr whey + 5gr glutamine (mixed)

    bedtime
    ZMA + 2mg Gaba


    I was told from trainers at my gym that mixing whey with glutamine is ok but now i'm reading some threads all saying that these should not be mixed. Any comments??

    most whey powders already have glutamine in them. check on the back label to make sure yours does.

    do you take a protein shake and carb drink before you workout? also what are you trying to accomplish.......

    I am clean bulking at the mom...no i only take it after workout. i used to take it before my workout but replaced with whole food as too many shakes not too good. Before workout i eat a fruit and a whole meal tuna low fat mayo sandwich.

    About the glutamine...it has already but not enough. I take 20grms daily.

    ok gotcha, your supplementation looks good bro, you might post the diet to give us a little more insight on what your consuming with these supps

    to put it simple 3500cals split into 350grm (40%) protein 350grm (40%) carbs and 75grm (20%) fat.

    I would switch out the whey that is before bed and switch to a casein mix. Longer burn and more to feed on while asleep.

    I would also drop some of the glutamine out that you have with the shakes.

    I usually take a little glutamine with carbs during the first half of my work out and have all my creatine with protein and carbs at the end.
