    MultiVitamin

    i'm sure a good amount of you guys take some sort of vitamins. i was just curious what some of the better ones were out there.

    NOW foods makes a mens multi called ADAM, very good profile. ON makes a good one too.

    The two that I would recommend are Twinlabs Dualtabs and Optimum Nutrition's Opti-Men. I haven't tried the NOW product yet.
