Hi was just wandering i am starting a clen cycle next monday will be typical cycle that i have notice alot of people use which is the pyramid type.
Was wandering how effective it will be approximately i know everybody is different
I will do cardio 20-30 mins 5 times a week on the week and possibly spinning in the morning for 45 mins (depending on class schedules)

12-13% bf
82kg
what bf % would it be realistic for me to get down to in the next 2 months
i am following a high protein low carb and low fat diet it seems to work but atm i feel i am stuck at the same bf my top two abs are just about showing through but not much and so am trying to get the full six pack showing and to get as ripped as possible before my birthday any help will be much appreciated
(only running clen cycle 2 weeks on 2 off)
