omega 3/6 capsules
there is probably more that ive forgotten about too

Not forgettting the draw of crap, full of supplements that u knew werent gona fulfill their claims, but u bought em neway, just in case they did something, like no2 products and supplements that were too much hassle to remember to take in the right amounts and at the right times, like vanadyl sulfate.

yep - i have dessicated liver sititng around that i never use
never tried vanadyle sulfate but i heard it was supposed to be effective?

oh yeh the gd old dessicated liver tablets, i managed to take them for like 2 days, swallowin 10 of those big ass tablets at a time is a chore to say the least. Im not sure bout vanadyls effectiveness, the ones i had u had to take 2 before every meal or something, and i constantly forgot, so i stopped takin it altogether after like a week. Maybe its worth startin a thread on it to see what everyone else thinks.

you could perhaps narrow some of those down by buying animal paks. I know what you mean though man, ive got alot of shit too, i like to keep it in different places so it doest take up a whole shelf. Shakes and things to mix with liquid in the kitchen, vitamins filling the shelf along with my stereo, shit i dont use much and worthless crap by my tv.

run a search for em on here, its pretty much a case of little packages that contain all the vitamins a lifter needs, but might not contain all the things you want. They are seperate pills (forget how many) containing sufficient ammounts unlike multivitamins which contain smaller amounts because nobody wants to swollow a gigantic pill. Look on the back to see all the vitamins and the amounts it contains and just buy the remaining suppliments that you want. It is designed for body builders rather than most multis who are designed for the average joe. Ive only used them breifly (got a few packs from a friend) because i already had all the vitamins i needed, but i found i felt great. You should give em a go, its like 21 dollars at all sports for 44 packets.

really the key is dont wait until you run out of alot to buy more then yopur stuck with a big bill at the vitamin store instead break it up so your replacing a little at a time and it wont seem so hectic.
