use as many preventatives for as long as possible and keep them up for well after PCT at least chlolesterol wise.
There are NO sides to MOHN its very mild
what mg for each
and maybe a baby dose of asprin ed or some hawthorne berry for the head aches.
yea glad you brought up headaches! i took only 16mg yesterday and had killer headaches!!

well my plan was to take 24mg ed for 6 weeks, and start the sd 2 weeks after i started the m4ohn and run sd for 4 weeks. i have hawthorn berry/niacin/milk thistle, red yeast rice. though the first day i got the headaches, i hadnt taken any of that until i got the headaches. they were killer though.
my best answer would be try the baby dose of asprin and try not to take the SD right before lifting
