    high carb/low calorie protein shake

basically i need a protein shake that has enough protein/carbs for pwo and in the morning with my breakfast. i am goin to start to cut soon and i would like something thats low in calories. im guessing that carbs and calories go hand in hand, ex. high carbs = high calories. does anyone know of any shake that has this.

I think you have a lot to learn about diet from this post.

As for your post, I'm guessing any weight gainer would have both, but weight gainers are horrible and will get you fat in no time.

why would u say i need to learn alot. when u cut basically u take in most ur carbs in the morning and pwo. so i figure breakfast could be 4-5 egg whites, oatmeal, protein shake.= about 60g protein, about 50g carb. these number are off the top of my head. and pwo i could have another shake with lean protein and some carbs in the meal i eat.

So then Grind up some oats, mix it in a shake with Skim and Protein and you've got yourself a Pro/carb meal. You gotta figure out the cals that you need but that a very easy shake to do.
