    CEE weight gain SAME AS mono???

    Creatine ethyl ester is: creatine monohydrate with an ester attached to help with absorption...better absorption gets rid of bloating, and other creatine side effects...that is the only difference with mono and CEE

    So in reality with creatine ethyl ester you should gain as much water weight just as in mono except the water you will gain will only be inside the muscle (not on the outside which is bloating)...

    So if someone gains 8lbs in two weeks from mono
    they should also gain 8lbs with CEE right
    or maybe a little less just because the muscles can only hold so much water and there wouldnt be any bloat...so maybe like 5lbs???

    IS THIS RIGHT???

    from my experience cee is the best thing out, i would have to say i weigh the same as i did with mono but i look leaner. and strength is just as good or better.

    makes sense, i love the pumps off CEE and the leaner look i get so ill stick to it.

    a little less, because there is a limit to the amount of creatine that can enter the muscle cells. Whereas extracellular creatine and creatinine are not so limited. So with mono you can get more water retention.

    arite....thanks... that makes sense...i can't stand mono i feel like i just get fat and flabby...i'm going to give cee a try

    3 grams 30 mins before you workout and 3 grams right after and your good.

    Nope, loading phase is not required.
