alright,im about 5'9-170 and and work out about 5-6 days a week and try to do it hard.ive only really been hitting the gym for around 5 months and have deffinately noticed gains.but what sort of suplimentation should i be taking to maximize my results.i deffinately get enouhg protein but is there anything else good for getting bulky.im not trying to get cut by any means i just want to bulk.please any help would be apprecated
