Sleep aid supps
OK, I'm ending my cycle with some winny depot, 50 mg/day and am having trouble sleeping. I'll be tired and draggin ass but when I go to bed I lay there for hrs. and won't fall asleep. Are there some natural/herbal sleep aids I can take that won't mess with my progress?

melatonin is the most used and has the most feedback
valerian root is another good choice

just take unisome i dont think it will mess with your gains otherwise melatonin and valerian ive seen a natural sleep aid at gnc which has both of the products in it if im not mistaken

I've used just about everything there is for sleep. Melatonin, valerian, and kava kava has always worked for me. Just watch out for the kava kava as it's been said to have some liver toxicity.

maybe your problem is mental just remember you have years to build up your body and a few nights or weeks of sleepless nights isn't going to lose you any gains it just means you have to ease back slightly on the training. If you can't sleep after 20 minutes just get up and do something else until you feel like sleeping again.
