Vitamin E and PCT

I heard that taking Vitamin E during PCT was good, but I was wondering how much iu should be taked daily?

Too much vitamin e can raise blood pressure, don't go far beyond recommended dosage.

Anthony Connerd (Roberts) stated VitE should be used to increase the effectivness of HCG . He then stupidly referenced studies on rodents. Were not rodents and are not difficient in VitE, so will not require further supplementation of it.
