    Max LMG or Superdrol?

    So guys which would you recommend between the two?? I'm reading great things on both and i'm not sure. For the longest time I've weighed 200lbs with just protein, i just ordered some CEE from trueprotein and i was wondering which LMG or SD would be better for strength and size gain along with the CEE.

    And also after 1 cycle is over with and pct is all finished, how long should i wait to start another cycle?

    Time on+pct = time time off at least and most wait more but only bloodwork can really determine this.


    SD will give you more strength and to most a little more gains in pure muscle as it is more anabolic but it wreaks havoc on the cholesterol and is toxic to the liver.


    Max isnt overly bad on the cholesterol and isnt toxic to the liver. It also will give decent gains.

    but if i'm taking the needed ammounts of red yeast rice, milk thistle, and efa's then i should be find right?

    Yup, I would go with Superdrol if you are looking to put on mass, its far stronger than Max. It will still disrupt your lipid panel but Fish Oil, RYR, and some others will help you bounce back!

    ight awesome... at the end of the week i'm gonna order some then. would it be ok to take it with CEE at the same time??

    I'd save the CEE for after you cycle, you will need it most then, during PCT.

    but wouldn't i have rly good gains if i did both at the same time and then pct did 5 grames a day??

    Superdrol will cause Glycogen Supercompensation, so the need for additional Creatine will not be present.

    dont mean to highjack.. but how about both max and superdol? will that be better or worse than cycling both by themselves?

    i did them both and went from 205 to 215 in 8 weeks and all my lifts went up alot...worked really good
    went from maxing 300 to puttin it up in sets of 3
    really helped me bounce back into lifting


    only problem was i barely ate so you should see huge gains with proper nutrition

    For all you guys who have taken both. Wouldn't it be better to take Max LMG for those who have back problems.

    I hear that Max LMG doesn't give you bad back pumps like superdrol does.

    What do you guys think?

    SD and Back Pain

    I didn't have trouble with back pain. It just feels like I worked lower back sometimes. BTW, I also never got the headaches that some experienced.
