hey guys, Pretty much i was wondering something. I know that taking EFA's like fish and flax oil that it slows absorbtion of proteins and other nutes. Now i take adderall in the morning and ambein at night. And since my workout is in the morning, i take fish oil before w/o, and right before bed with my late night shake. My real quesiton is will taking flax with these meds slow their absorbtion?
