Yes it works. I take it with 200mg caffiene or a shot of espresso before cardio. Sometimes I take it prior to lifting as well, but I wouldn't recommend it for back or leg day.
of course it works. ive been using for 6 months :D
Its good, been stacking it with SAN Tight and it works really well.

Combine it with baby aspirin if you want to be on the safe side.
Should I use it as directed every 4 to 6 hrs or just before workouts. Also what what do you mean by "Combine it with baby aspirin". Is there a certain brand or doseage, 100mg, 200mg.......
If you're using it before cardio, take it about 15 minutes prior. After that you can take it every 2-3 hours up to 3 times a day if you want to. The typical ECA stack looks like this:
25mg ephedrine
80mg aspirin
200mg caffiene.
Best not to take it anytime near bed time.
It will give you energy and probably burn some fat but I cannot see it working as well as clen in my experience.
My workout is after I get off work, around 6pm. So should I take the stuff during the day when I am at work, say every 4 hrs with coffie and some aspirin. Is the dose of aspirin "80mg" every time i use the vasopro?
If you are using it before you lift, then I'd say just take one dose before you lift. Personally I don't even use the aspirin because eventually that shit can eat through your stomach lining and it isn't essential anyways. You could try taking it during the day, but really it is most effective for burning fat in conjunction with cardio, so I think at most you'd succeed in being extremely wired all day at work. But yes, the eca stack is always the same, if you just want to take vasopro by itself, you probably won't notice much.
would nodose be a good sourse of caffiene, or should i use a supp like ripped fuel or hydroxycut that has caffiene in it.
Yes nodoze or a generic version is perfect.

On Leg day especially, and on back day if I'm doing heavy deads, I am really putting myself through some intense workouts. You know where you feel like you might puke at any moment? My heart is already beating a thousand miles a minute and I really don't need it beating any faster. Maybe I'm just being overly cautious, but I'd rather not risk it.
