    Solid Whey Vs. Optimum Nutrition

I have read some threads saying that some protein is better than others. I just want to know which one is better between the two, Solid Muscle's Solid Whey or Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey Protein. Ive used both but its hard to say which one is better, let me know what you think.

They both use the same Whey protien before ingedients are added.

I wouldnt be able to pick a winner otherwise.

Example: 10 pounds of Solid Whey (2-5 pound containers) is a total of 142 servings, 22 grams of protein (142x22= 3124 total grams of protein). 10 pounds of Optimum Nutrition Whey is 160 servings, 23 grams of protein (160x23= 3680 total grams of protein). The ON cost more, but it will last longer. The ON also has fewer carbs and sugar per serving.
