    creatine

    which type of creatine is good for post cycle? powder or pills? as well as whick brand would be best of each?????

    Go with the powder. I reccomend vitargo cgl or CEE. Either one would be great to use in pct.

    Most people prefer the powder to the pills. The pills can pass the stomach and allow more of the creatine to be absorbed by the intestine (in theory), but most capsuls are destoyed by the stomach acids and the creatine is then dumped into the stomach. The powder can be absorbed (to some degree) as it travels to the stomach, but a good amount gets destroyed by the stomach acid. The amount of stomach acid you produce will determine how effective your body will be at absorbing either form. Just don't over do it and you'll be fine. More is not better when it comes to creatine.
