Milk, egg, or casein protein less impact on insulin that Whey?
I want to keep my blood insluin levels stable for many reasons. I have read about whey causing insulin spikes (which I will use after workouts), but can I use milk, egg, casein or some miture of those and not have insulin spikes?

Yes I do believe that some of the slower digesting proteins like Casein will cause less of a spike, but were not talking a big spike from just Whey. I mean Amino's do stimulate Insulin but nothing to be worried about.

Cool. I haven't had a problem with bodyfat when taking large amounts of whey on a day to day basis, contray to what others say happened to them.

I've never heard of it being a problem.
