what is the optimal dosage of tribulus and the best time to take it?

well it only raises test for around 1-3 hours after dose it needs to be broken up if your on PCT but then you wont really get a good enough dose to see a high raise in test.

Optimal dose for raiseing test is 5 grams ed preferably pre / post workout this way your test raise will be there for your recovery

How many grams would you recommend for PCT? Would you stick with the 5g ed?

Do you know of a limit to the amount you can take a one setting? I have taken two grams at one setting and repeated this every 3 hours.
