    Taurine and CEE

    Does anyone have an opinion on taurine supplementation, specifically when used in conjunction with Creatine Ethyl Ester?

    Its an antioxidant, Im not sure exactly what it "does". Thats partially why I posted this question.

    I have heard that non responders of creatine, take taurine and it has a similiar effect. I also have read that taking the two together boosts the effect of both to an extent. I would like to hear what others have to say though.

    I thought taurine was an amino acid..I have a glutamine, creatine, taurine mixture I use postwout.

    I believe it is an antioxidant, but I may be wrong. I thought I heard johan say that before.
