    Reduce JOINT PAIN!

    Waz up.

This topic is covered alot, and I've read alot of different opinions, and would like to get the right ones by a qualified specialist in this field.

Whats the best supp to take.

    MSM
    Fish Oil
    Glucosamine and Chondriotin
    Triflex???

In order from best to worst what would it be? OR are there any better supps that I did not list feel free to tell. Will I actually feel a difference or are they all crap.

    Thanks

    Glucosimine
    MSM
    Chondroiton

I'm going with these right here.

I'm glad celedrin is working for you bro.

Hope I feel the same effect.

    MSM works great IMO

Even give it to my Grandma, she loves it!

1000-2000mg for glucosimine and MSM once per day is effective enough

keep in mind it usually takes around 3-4 weeks to fully kick in though
