taking aleve or tylenol while on superdrol??

is it okay to do this, is there any sides from this? im currently on Superdrol and i have a slight fever. im taking all my supps like flush free niacin, milk thistle, hawthorne, etc. just wondering if its ok to take aleve or tylenol while on SD, just until my fever goes away. any help is appreciated. thanks

I'd stick with Advil or Motrin, not sure about Aleve but I know Tylenol can affect the liver so its best to stay away from that while running SD.
