almost had a heart attack???(ec stack)
so i just started my ec stack this morning 25mg ephederine 200mg caffeine,so i start my 5 min warmup then put the incline all the way up and start @ 3mph then after a bit bump it to 3.4 for a few then 3.2 then my heart rate had gotten up pass my target so i droped it down to 2.8 i got like 10 mins left til i hit 45 min all of a sudden i look @ my polar heartrate mont it sayz 155 then 161,170,178,185!!!!so i stoped rite away felt my chest my heart felt liek it was gonna come outa my chest!! has anyone else had this every happen to them ??? it freakin scared me i thought i was gonna have a heart attack....

Yeah, that's why I don't take it before an intense workout, i.e. before squats or deads. I've never had that happen during cardio, but it sounds like this may not be a good stack for you, bro.

yea,it scared me seeing my heartrate shoot up that fast,i dun think i should take it again...i mean afterwards when i went to work i was fine...

take after cardio but keep a close watch on this

lower the dosage then....ive had issues like that before and I dont take any sort of ec at all to avoid palpatations. i use other things to get myself pumped up for a workout - certain songs, thoughts (both good and bad)

wat would taken it after cardio do???

It will still help you burn fat taking it afterwards, but I don't know if it is as effective as taking it before.

i think ima take it afterwards and see wat happens...anyone know the effectiveness of taken it after cardio and thru out the day would be???

Actually its really the same since your reaching your target hrt rate through cardio anyways there is no need to raise it with the E/C stack anyways until afterwards when your not doing a specific cardio activity
