Go ask your pharmacist. There was one called Appetital, or something like that. There are a few of them on the market. Pharmacies usually have a few different ones on hand. And B12 does help a little.

Seriosly though. induce hunger? Dude, if you have to induce hunger, not to flame, but that is gay. I have to keep myself from eating too much or i get fat.
I find it impossible for myself not to get over 300grams or protein a day. I dont understand how people could eat less than this. I have eaten as much as 550 grams a day. My truly "happy" level is 400. Im content there with my food, but i sually stay arounf 325 to avoid gaining fat. I cant wait till i break 190, then i'll be sammin down 500 a day.
you gotta force fe yourself until your body gets used to eating that much. then youll want to. Every 2 hours man. bam bam bam.
