    Evopro cookies n creme

    I asked this question in the diet forum, but I figured I should ask it in this forum as well.

    Has anyone here ever tried Evopro protein cookies and creme by Cytosport? I've tried the Muscle Milk cookies and creme but I've never tried the Evopro. Does it taste just as good?

    Is Evopro a good protein to take before bed? I'll be taking 2 scoops in 12 oz. of carbcountdown fat free dairy beverage and 1 tbsp. of flax oil with lignans. In case it matters, I am bulking.
