IMO, clen is in a league of its own when compared to the two others. If you desire to trim a little extra bodyfat off, clen will do the trick. Just make sure to supplement with 3-5g of taurine. The rebound effect can be minimized this way.

For some people it does, for others it doesn't. You'll just have to try it and find out for youself. For me, I felt like shit on clen . Take the clen after cardio.
