I have been using mono and want to switch but there is lots of different cee products.. whats better pills or powder? Also which products seem to be getting the best reviews? Also I have a question about dextrose... Is the reason to use it mainly to get a higher carb intake with your PWO shake. Also how much to add 50 grams? I've been using muscle milk after i work out at night.
