    caffeine

    How many mg should I take before lifting? also, should i take it before cardio?

    50mg and yes before cardio, been proven to promote fat-burn

    add 25 ephedrine with 200mg caffeine before cardio to increase fat loss durring cardio

    Wow, bro, that's like 4 cups of coffee plus the eph! It depends on your habituation to stimulants. Someone like me who never uses them could have a serious problem with the dose above, but someone with a higher tolerance could take that dose. I would say start with 50 and work up from there.

    i take 200mg before cardio and before lifting.

    200mg is in standard ECA stack..i guess u can go low dose and see how sensitive u are to it ..it just pumps u up for some boring ass cardio which is what i like about it

    The tabs I have are 200mg. I'll give it a go and see how it treats me. Thanks guys.

    Instead, use as little as possible to achieve the kick necessary to propel you through your workout. If your tabs come in 10mgs., start there or even with half if you choose. Then monitor your mood, energy level and output. Increase the amount gradually (again use halves) as necessary until you're satisfied. Never use a hard and fast rule or standard with something like energy levels.

    im all about seeing how the 'product' works for me before i take any crazy amounts. ill do anything possible to avoid an increased heart rate where its uncomfortable. i start really low with everything then work my way up as my body tells me how its likes/doesnt like it.
