what's a good dosage for pantothenic acid

what's a good dosage for pantothenic acid? could someone help me out? i start to see alil acne

Panthothenic Acid is great it has worked wonders for me. When I first started taking it I took 1.5g per day. But now I take 3g, six 500mg tabs, per day: two tabs at morning/lunch/dinner workes the best drink heaps of water because it does dry you up. Just be carefull at higher does I found that I got sore joints and swelling in the joint area.
