I have been taking creatine for about 3 weeks now. It is the capsule form. I take 2 before workouts and 2 afterwards and see no change. The two guys who own the supplement shop are bodybuilder's themselves, and there is no price difference between pills and drinks, and they said it would work better. Any clue what the deal is?
Non responder prehaps, no big deal, I'm the same with Creatine, life goes on.
If you eat a lot of red meat, you normally don't see that much of a difference when you use creatine.
As long as the creatine is monohydrate and micronized, it's pretty much all the same.

Yep, doesn't work for me. Only makes me bloated.
It does very, very little for me. I have no actual proof, but through experience I think my body naturally produces alot of creatine. Some creatine products give me bad bloating and diarrhea. I hardly ever use it.
The powder creatine always worked well for me but the liquid no response at all and never tried pill form but try powder and see if it works if you haven't already.
