OK, here is the deal. This friend of mine has been lifting for probably 3 years, and has come to a plateau, my guess is that it is caused by his shitty diet. Anyway, he thinks he needs steroids now and is getting ready to buy him. Anyway, I told him that his diet was shitty so I helped him better his diet, using what you guys told me. However, he still wanted to take something steroid like, so I told him to take Max LMG and Tribulus. Is that bad? He's only like 19.

Max LMG is the shit...I did lose 5 lbs of water pretty much immediately after discontinuing...but I got crazy strength gains.

not Ergomax, Alri Max LMG. I read it doesn't mess with your lipids.

Yeah man Id definatly tell him to try a proper diet and get him on some basic supps. Once he busts his ass and plateaus after doing everything else correctly, Id tell him to try M1T if you can find it, but thats as far as id go at 19.

You could it wouldnt hurt, but a proper diet is the most important.
