What kind of shape are you in bro? What supps. are you taking? Give us a little info so we can help ya.
I'm in excellent shape, I can run a half-marathon fairly easily. I'm not taking any supps right now other than protein and a joint protectant.
That's probably why bro. Half a marathon...that's over seven miles isn't it? I really wouldn't worry about it.
