How necessary are the BCAA and glutamine supplements? I am seeing decent gains with my carb and protein supplements and my diet is pretty good. Would the benefits from these supplements be worth the cost? Thanks

The glutamine might not be for you, but the Amino Acids will be beneficial, they're cheap, I'd recommend them. I personally take both, but that's just me
You should be able to buy Glutamine and BCAA's for the close to the same price gram for gram.
BCAA"s seem to be more effective at double the dose per day than that of Glutamine.
So if you find yourself a preblended Glutamine/BCAA beldn with a 2:1 ratio of BCAA"s : Glutamine then it should serve you sell.
