    B complex- best time of day?

    Is there a better time of day to take my oral "B-complex"

    If you take a multi then you should take your multi following your breakfast and your b-complex after your next meal. If you don't take a multi I think taking it with breakfast is your best bet.

    low dose b complex are best and best taken at least twice a day. B's are all water soluble and excess rapidly excreted.

    time release are OK, but most use low level dispersion technology
