    Question Creatine, BCAA's, Glutamine, Dextrose

    I lift an hour in the morning and I train MMA a few hours later for another 1.5 hours. My question is how should I time all of these throughout the day? I know that the doextrose only goes with my PWO shake after lifting, but how about the otheres?

    BCAA'S during your workout, Creatine before your workout and drop the Glutamine its a waste of money.

    how about bcaa's before and after cardio and creatine before and after lifting?

    No need for all that if you want BCAA's after cardio that ok. I'd rather take during weights. Creatine before OR after workout, you don't need both.
