Vitamin B's - Injection or Pill?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this but here it goes. I know it's good to take vitamin b-6 on a cycle. I'm wondering if it is okay to take the pill over the injectable? Same question for b-12?

Injectable is far superior and depending on which b-12 you buy, it will already have some b-6 in it.

I hear but it is it abosulutely a must to inject? Say if someone was already injecting other stuff for a cycle would the use of a pill not be that beneficial?

Regardless of whether or not you are injecting other stuff, you will only have limited absorption with a pill or even sub-lingual. I know a lot of guys use b-12 in conjunction with AAS.
