Anyone know how this compares vs. sesathin? Same amount of active ingredient as far as I can tell, slightly cheaper though.

its a knock off....can't confirm its purity. You know what your getting from Avant. There is something to supporting innovation.

Exactly how good is this type of product anyway, it has been the talk of the town. Has anyone even seen "real" results?

from that brand no...its fairly new. But there have been plenty of anedoctal results.
