I am currently on my 2nd cycle of test prop and npp 600mg of prop and 400mg of npp a week. I am 20 y/o 202lbs and 10.8% bodyfat. I am currently taking glutamine but looking for more supps that will give me the ultimate best recovery after a good workout. What is the best? Hands down.
