    Zma

I've just started using a new supplement called ZMA but I find it makes me feel really agressive. What are other peoples experiences with this supplement? Do you feel it is effective for building mass?

it doesnt really raise test levels beyond normal parameters but it does help keep them in optimal range and it does provide better sleep.

im guessing it affects you diffrently...zma is a natural testosterone buster; however i really dont find that it works that well to actually feel any physical or mood changes. that could be just me, but i still think is not that strong at all.
its good using it after a prohormone or juice cycle to SUPPORT YOU PROPER PCT.
but if you feel good and strong and agresive then use that to your advantage at the gym.

    peace

I noticed increased agressiveness as well, I am trying to channel it into my workouts but I find it a bit difficult to control when dealing with irritating situations during the day. Otherwise, just like others said, deep sleep and difficult to get up in the morning.

I use ZMA year round to keep my natural test levels up to par. I haven't seen any increased aggression with it or any other natural test booster (tribulus, etc).

This aggression stuff has been way overblow by the media. Even using AASs it usually just means more mental focus, not violent aggressive behavior. ZMA is good stuff man, but its not a new supp

Update on the aggression - I don't think ZMA had anything to do with my aggression, it was strictly girl related I am back to my calm and happy again
