    Advice Needed

I am 20 years old, 5 8 in height, and weigh 170. Not to sure about body fat, but I wouldn’t say I am fat at all I just don’t have shredded abs. My 1 rep max in bench is an honest 275 no crazy bounce or lifting of the lower back. My goal is to put on size and strength, but I would also like to tone up. I am more into size then being cut. I have a few questions on what I should be taking in order to help achieve my goals. I haven’t taken supplements for about 2 months bc school started and it has been crazy, but now I have everything in order I am going to hit the gym hard again. I am planning on taking GNC MegaWhey Protein(Once 30min b4 my workout and once directly after workout 40g protein each), GNC MegaMen Sport Vitamins(once ever morning), and 5g creatine 3 times spread out during the day. Do I need to add anything or take anything out? I know there is tons of supplements out there I am just not sure what is right for me. I have taken CEE(pill form) in the past. I am thinking about doing that again should I? If so what brand and how much should I take? I also have L- Arginine(500mg), L-Glutamine(500mg), L-Carnosine(500mg), & Taurine(500mg). Should I be taking them? If so how much and how often? The reason I haven’t taken them is bc I wasn’t sure on how much and when to take them.

15 grams of creatine in one day i think is to much even if you decide to do that whole loading thing. personally i would switch up the creatine to 10g on workout days (before or after) and 5g creatine on none workout days. also you can take all the supplements in the world but you need the proper diet too. also i think you need to decide more on a specific goal...do you wanna tone up (get cut) or bulk up, kinda hard to do both. just my IMO bro.

Thanks for the advice JNel04. I would like to bulk, but not look fat. I would like to stay somewhat toned up while putting on size. I guess what I want to do is put on lean muscle mass. Is that a little bit more clear? Diet is also something that I am trying to change and improve on. I didn't want to post diet questions in the supplement forum. More advice would be greatly appreciated...

    Thumbs up

Body can only absorb so much creatine and the rest is just pissed away. To get strong keep your supplements, cut down and creatine and look closely at your diet, you have to feed the body to bulk up. You seem to have a good base, just eat at least 6 times a day. Good luck
