    Carb control

    Anything good OTC for carb cravings. Alternative to ECA.Usually not a problem but will be starting DNP cycle and here cravings are out of control

    maybe chromium or vanadyle sulfate, or ALA. However these could also do the opposite. see how you react.

    HEAT Stack from Avant Labs. All the things the previous poster listed affect insulin sensitivity, not appetite.
